What you can expect to achieve.
Kicking off with 30-minutes of structured self-reflection via our virtual Personal Leadership Review, you will explore your natural competences across 33 key leadership mindsets and get clear on your priority development areas. Your coach will then arrange a mutually convenient debrief and support session – focused on your identified areas of need.

An additional Alumni-only discount on our standard not-for-profit pricing.
Your Alumni Refresher includes a Personal Leadership Review using our exclusive online self-reflection tool, plus a 60-minute confidential debrief and support session with a BTS Spark leadership coach via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The usual not-for-profit price for this session would be $315 + GST, but as a member of our Alumni Club you can book an Alumni Refresher session for just $280 ≠ GST
